• When are we collecting personal information? We are collecting customer’s data via our website contact page, at the time the customer wishes to get in touch with us

• Why are we collecting personal information? Solely to establish connection with customers, and communicate needs and requirements.

• What personal information are we collecting? The information collected can include the full name, email contact, company name, job title as well as phone numbers

• How do we use our customer’s information? The personal information collected will be used by the management of WTH for direct business purposes only, and will not be shared with any third party

• How long do we keep personal information? We will keep the customer’s data only as long as it is reasonably necessary, or as per local legal requirements 

• The customer has the right to seize the connection with WTH at any time, by giving us notice via email

• Upon receiving such notice, the customer’s data will be instantly deleted from our database
