WaiThai Hospitality reviews any restaurant operation in view of the compliance to the set standards, service quality, food and beverage quality, condition of hardware and others
This gives you as the restaurant owner the opportunity to follow up shortcomings with the operational management in order to avoid a decline of quality and subsequently decreasing revenues and profit
The ‘Mystery Shopping’ report is ideally conducted once per month, at a random timing
A full report is later submitted, with recommendations how to improve on the areas in need
The idea behind the independent operational quality check is to highlight areas in need of improvement, and to give the owner an unbiased view into his operations
How we do it
A detailed checklist, which is based on the existing and approved standards of performance in a restaurant, is completed by a ‘Mystery Diner’ at a random time within one month
All relevant standards will be checked, including the cashiering procedures in case of cash payment
All results will be shared with the restaurant owners
Shortcomings can be discussed directly between the owners and the restaurant management, optional WaiThai Hospitality takes also care of this part and later informs the owners of the outcome and corrective action planned
